Resolution Process

If informal resolution fails, disputes may proceed to mediation through the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce mediation services. Mediation provides a neutral third-party facilitated discussion to reach mutually acceptable solutions.

If mediation does not resolve the dispute, legal proceedings may be initiated in the appropriate courts of Cyprus. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Cypriot courts for final resolution.
